SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We at ARTSHOPPEE pride ourselves on our absolutely FREE SHIPPING in INDIA! As Free Shipping to all International destination is not possible because courier companies’ charges vary from country to country. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping delays if you do not provide a complete and correct mailing address. Courier companies do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses, however, so we kindly request that you have your shipment delivered to a home address or apartment, We will only cover ground floor delivery. If you wish to have your package delivered directly to your door at a multi-story home or apartment, it will only be negotiable between you and the Courier Company. Please be sure to provide your full address which should include your street name, house or apartment number, city, state, country and zip/pin/postal code.

Also note that in some countries, residential shipments may be left at the door if someone is not present to receive & sign for the shipment. To prevent disputes, please ensure that someone is present the day of the delivery. Our courier Companies include DHL, FEDEX, and so on.

Deliveries are generally made on weekdays, however, depending on your location you may be able to request delivery on Saturdays for an additional fee.

SHIPPING TIMES & INFORMATION
Our delivery is door to door in India and internationally for all items. We ship our product direct from India to worldwide. We aim to keep you informed about your order. Once your order is ready for shipment we will notify you by email giving you the delivery information as follows:
*Time of dispatch
*Freight company details used for your order
*Consignment number/tracking number for you to track and manage your order.

We will dispatch orders within 5-15 working days from date of placement of order for all stocked items, depending on location and size of your order. Freight Company will take approx 10-20 working days according to location and size of your order. For urgent deliveries please contact us by email.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided and you do not receive the goods we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods , if the wrong delivery address is provided and we do not receive back the goods to our warehouse within 21 days from dispatch , we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

LATE DELIVERY/ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
We encourage you to keep track of your order. Where available we will provide you with a tracking/consignment number and courier company details so that you can keep track of your parcel at all times.
It is your responsibility to advise us within 5 working days in india and 14 working days for international delivery from date of dispatch. that you have not received your order. Once you advise us that the order has not arrived we will make enquires to determine its location. A late delivery does not constitute a breach of your agreement with us and will not entitle you to cancel your order. Any delivery date quoted is an estimate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of a late delivery of your order.

ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Customers are responsible to have someone available at the delivery address authorized to sign for and accept the order. For courier deliveries, if no one is available to accept the delivery, any additional costs incurred for re-delivery attempts this will be paid for by the customer.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
Once your order is transferred over to the courier service, we unfortunately cannot allow you to make changes to the delivery address. Please be sure to contact us on E-mail within 24 hours of the time you place your order if you wish to change the delivery address.

Please note that you, the customer, are fully responsible for any charges, penalties, or fees incurred if reshipment is required or you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
